Terms of service

    Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms apply to the use of this website and to video projects delivered by SnakLab, unless we agree otherwise in writing in a proposal or contract.

    Proposals and agreement

Every collaboration starts with a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timing and price. The agreement takes effect once you approve that proposal in writing. Scope changes are discussed upfront and may affect price and timing.

    Delivery and collaboration

We run every project as a professional engagement, with the care you can expect from a video partner. Smooth delivery depends on your input: briefings on time, availability of locations and participants, and feedback within the agreed deadlines.

    Feedback and hand-off

The number of feedback rounds is set in the proposal. Additional rounds or changes outside the approved scope are billed separately. On hand-off we deliver the files in the agreed formats.

    Usage rights and portfolio

After full payment you receive the usage rights to the delivered material as described in the proposal. SnakLab keeps the right to show the work in its own portfolio and channels, unless you object in writing. Material you supply yourself (logos, images, music) remains your responsibility in terms of rights clearance.

    Payment

Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. In case of non-payment we reserve the right to pause further work until outstanding amounts are settled.

    Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or campaign outcomes, nor for decisions and publications you make yourself on external platforms.

The content of this website is informational. Cases, figures and examples describe work delivered and are not a guarantee of comparable results. Text, images and video on this site are protected and may not be reused without permission.
