Privacy policy

    Last updated: 11 August 2026

SnakLab produces social-first video for employers, public organisations and brands. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this site, contact us or work with us on a video project.

    Data we process

We keep the data you share with us or that we need to deliver a project:

    • Contact details submitted through our contact form or by e-mail (name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number, your message).
    • Project data from our collaboration: briefings, schedules, contact persons and billing details.
    • Footage and audio of people appearing in a video, always based on an agreement or consent with the client and the people involved.
    • Limited technical data about your visit, needed to keep this website working.

    Why we use it

We use your data to answer your question, prepare a proposal, deliver and invoice a project, and to meet our legal obligations such as accounting. We do not sell your data.

    How long we keep it

Contact requests that do not lead to a collaboration are not kept longer than needed to follow up. Project files and invoicing data are kept for the statutory retention periods.

    Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers we need to operate, such as e-mail, hosting, scheduling and accounting, and with parties you involve in the project yourself. Videos we produce are published on the channels you choose (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or TikTok), where those platforms' terms apply.

    Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to a processing activity. Send your request to hello@snaklab.be and we will handle it as quickly as possible. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
